Authority for Auction

1. In case of no remaining(“0”) balance in the deposit, your Premium Membership can be revoked and you cannot participate in the Auction anymore.

Due to some deduction of deposit, there could be no remaining(“zero”) balance in your deposit account. Note that your Membership can be revoked and you will not have bidding power anymore, it means you cannot join the auction again in this case. To prevent this, please check your deposit account and add up funds to be over $300(USD).

2. In case of frequent violation of the Auction rules, your Membership will be suspended without prior notice and can be blacklisted to avoid any future problems.

Your remaining deposit will not be refunded in this case. Some of the activities which are prohibited are listed below. Any activities against Auction rules and policies can result in the suspension of your ID without prior notice. Auctionwini does not refund the remaining deposits in these cases.

  • Frequent cancellation of purchases.
  • Payment delay.
  • Proxy activities not authorized by Auctionwini.
  • copyright Infringement
  • Defamation or any other harmful activities to our business.

3. Prolonged inactivity in the auction for more than 6 months, your ID can be suspended without prior notice, due to security reasons.

If you want to participate again in the auction, please contact our Customer Support Team to retrieve your ID.

4. If your ID was suspended due to any violation of the Auction rules and policies, you will also lose access to “Autowini”.

This means that your Autowini ID can be suspended without prior notice.

5. If you want to withdraw your Premium Membership, you must fill out the request form and submit it to our Customer Support Team.

The request of withdrawal should be done within 3 months of your last participation in the auction. Refund is available only if you are eligible and you have more than $100(USD) remaining balance in your deposit account. Please contact our Customer Support Team when you want to withdraw your Premium Membership.

After Bidding

1. You cannot cancel a vehicle that you win in the auction.

Please bid carefully because you cannot cancel a vehicle when you win it in the auction. In case of cancellation, $150(USD) penalty will be charged and deducted from your deposit. It's the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm and research the vehicle prior to bidding and place a bid at Buyer’s own final decision.

2. You must complete the payment within 3 business days after the invoice is issued.

After you win the vehicle, you have to pay the full amount shown in the invoice issued from Auctionwini within 3 business days. You can send the Auctionwini CS team the transfer receipt to confirm the transfer faster. If not, the winning bid will be canceled automatically and you will have to pay a penalty of $150(USD) that will be deducted from your deposit.

Cancellation

1. Cancellation Penalties in various cases

The Cancellation penalty will be applied in each of the cases below. It can be charged or deducted from your deposit. In case of no remaining(“0”) balance in the deposit, your Premium Membership can be revoked, and you cannot participate in the auction anymore.

Claim

1. The Vehicle is sold in “As is-Where is” condition.

This means that vehicle is auctioned off in their current state as it is, without fix or repair, without providing any warranty or guarantee of future condition. Photos and information display the current status of the vehicle and its location, but might not be guaranteed in all cases. If the vehicle is in “Run & Drive” status, it means the vehicle was running and drivable at the time of placing it in the auction and at the location where it is, but it might not be running and drivable at different places in the future.

2. Quality claim is not applicable after purchase

The vehicle is sold in the “As is-Where is” condition in the auction. This means we do not provide any warranty or guarantee of future condition. Any claims on the vehicle’s quality will not be applicable if the vehicle’s condition does not match the conditions stated at the time of auction. For example, you cannot file a claim for engine, transmission or other mechanical function’s not working. But the following cases are applicable for claims. Please contact our CS team in the following cases.

  • If the chassis number did not match with the stated information.
  • If the engine volume did not match with the stated information.
  • If the fuel type did not match with the stated information.
